1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the SoundEngg website and the Titan Console application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered audio professionals, and others who deploy our system utilities.
2. Engineering & Safety Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: All calculators, RTA measurement tools, and technical articles provided by SoundEngg are strictly for educational and general advisory purposes. Live sound reinforcement involves significant electrical and physical acoustic energy. Incorrect calculations can lead to permanent driver failure or hearing damage.
SoundEngg, its lead developers, and corporate affiliates are NOT liable for:
- Hardware damage, including blown voice coils, clipping amplifier blocks, or overloaded power distributors.
- System calibration failures resulting in poor venue tuning, comb filtering, or phase cancellation.
- Hearing loss or physical injury stemming from the usage of high-power SPL estimation tools.
Always verify mathematical calculations with professional-grade calibration equipment prior to running high-voltage output blocks.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original calculation formulas, SVG schematic structures, DSP simulation logic, and codebase templates implemented in the Titan Console are the exclusive proprietary property of SoundEngg. Our technical content is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
4. Technical Use License
Permission is granted to utilize our cloud applications for studio design, live calibration, and professional production workflow execution. Under this technical license, you are strictly prohibited from executing the following actions:
- Decompiling, scraping, or attempting to extract the DSP RTA rendering logic.
- Modifying, hosting mirroring instances, or redistributing proprietary system assets.
- Obscuring or removing any watermark tags or proprietary copyright declarations from output sheets.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
We provide standard Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime access passes. All transactions are securely routed through certified payment gateways.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Simple Management: Subscriptions can be terminated instantly inside your profile dashboard or by requesting assistance at legal@soundengg.com.
- 7-Day Guarantee: We offer a comprehensive 7-day money-back guarantee for all Monthly and Yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your system upgrade, establish contact with us at refund@soundengg.com within 7 days of checkout to trigger a complete refund.
- Timeline: Verified refunds are automatically routed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, based on bank transaction speeds.
- Exclusions: Lifetime upgrades and renewal transactions outside the initial 7-day period are non-refundable.
6. Governing Law
These terms and all operational profiles are governed by and construed under the legal frameworks of India, without introducing conflicts with physical location parameters.
7. Amendments to Service terms
SoundEngg reserves the right to modify these parameters at any time. We will signal changes by publishing the updated draft on this portal and updating the "Last Modified" timestamp.
